LIV Updates!
Well, here we go. LIV version 5 is finally up, fresh for 2008! Easy to navigate, update, blog, and all that good webbish stuff. A PLAY section has been added, too, for some of the little things I do in my spare time, namely Type Friday exercises.
There are new wallpapers in the download section, not to mention our good old friend, the Gradient Mesh tutorial that I wrote up a few years ago for your learning pleasure. New resume, new work, new bio… OK, OK – new everything!
Also, don’t forget the show is on Saturday (1/12/07) featuring my very first paintings, along with a handful of other amazing artists. (I’m so excited!) If you’re in Chicago this weekend, check it out.
Special thanks to my stupendous husband for taking the time to critique & build my site. He’s the best & he inspires me more than anyone ever has.
OK, folks. Have fun!
i like it! much easier to navigate than the last one (which was still lovely! don’t get me wrong!)
You jerk! Just kidding, you’re awesome Ramon.
i love it!!! great colors and everything as always.
So much splendor, it is ridiculous. Built on WordPress?
Found your site through flickr. Your so amazing at illustrator! very impressive.
brooke the new site looks great!
super super fly
looks great, nice job! your work is incredible. fwiw, i think in the sections that show your work the next and previous arrows might get a little lost, it took me a second to find them… maybe it would help to write ‘next’ next to the arrow or something…
Thanks for all the niceness & suggestions! I changed the arrows from a 45° angle to 90°, so they’d be easier to find. Perhaps I need to add text, too. I’ll start a poll or something.
Hi Brooke, i’m so glad you updated your site and now has RSS. Now i won’t miss a thing. I love your work and i’m always coming back to this page, thank you!
